Day 2

Breathtaking Adventure Swimming With The Dolphins

For your first day of Adventure, we have a unique experience for you that you’ll surely remember for times to come!  Expect to be floating in the deep blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean, watching and hearing dolphins in their natural habitat – like nowhere in the world!  The local biologists will provide you with an insight regarding which cetacean species could be observed and the importance in how locals worship and respect the wildlife in and around the islands (and not to forget!) how to swim with dolphins responsibly in the wild! – Hope you love the experience as much as we did!

Day 3

Full Day Hiking In Sete Cidades With The Locals

Be ready for a full day hiking around the most iconic lake called The Lake of “Sete Cidades”.  This is a place filled with legends and myths, which can be viewed from the famous Vista do Rei Lookout. From the top of the hill see the famous landscape of the two twin lakes - the Green and the Blue. This hike will take you to pass by The Lake of “Lagoa do Fogo” until reaching the largest lake surrounded by extravagant, lush vegetation that truly stands out in the Furnas Valley. This valley & lake, which lives up to its nickname, is called The “Vale Formoso” which means – The Beautiful Valley!

Day 4

Stand-Up Paddle At The Lagoas 

After your breakfast at your Villa Verde, be ready for another adventure in water! Experience the tranquillity of the Islands through a fun SUP – Stand Up Paddle session! With so many options available to you, whether you're a beginner, intermediate or pro, young or elderly, this activity is one to add to your bucket list for your Azores Holiday – an 'immersive' experience.

Day 5

Rock Climbing Adventure

Today, you will test your rock-climbing skills, when in contact with the volcanic basalt mountain walls. These walls of untouched nature are a perfect scenario for rock climbers! The Azores, particularly known as a Volcanic Archipelago, couldn’t be a better place to explore different techniques of climbing – and don’t be scared – there will be six different techniques that the professional rock-climbers will be keen on teaching you!

Day 6

Canyoning at Ribeira Dos Caldeirões - Northeastern Part of São Miguel Island

Another day at water awaits! Be ready as we will have a different tour guide waiting for you at the reception of the Hotel. Your canyoning adventure will start with a "slight" hike up the trail until reaching the starting point of this exciting adventure. This activity will allow you to jump, slide and abseil in a 100% natural untouched environment, descending along the stream that flows from the mountain top, completely surrounded by endemic lush forest. Abseiling along waterfalls is an unforgettable experience in which you will feel the touch of nature "hands-down"!

 Thermal Mineral Water Relaxing Swim

After your exciting Canyoning experience, we will allow you to relax at the hot water session at one and only, Thermal pools. Here, you'll be able to revitalize and restore the harmony between body, mind and nature! It's a must-have experience whilst in the Azores, as these have been used for centuries, the therapeutic results of the thermal waters and volcanic rocks of the Azores are well-known nationwide. These special waters are high in Iron, which are beneficial for a series of diseases - so for now, after your week of adventure - relax and enjoy the warm water filled with minerals!

Day 7

Departure

It is time to say goodbye to the island of Sao Miguel, as your private chauffeur is driving you to the airport. We believe you are now richer in experiences and emotions and have made unforgettable memories for the rest of your life. Get comfortable in-flight and look outside the aircraft's window upon take-off. You will certainly recognize a few reference points you have discovered!
