Festival da Cataplana
The Festival of Cataplana want's to highlight this unique tool of Portuguese cuisine. The cataplana, already used by many international chefs, can cook seafood, fish, vegetables, meat and even desserts, so tasty, it's healthy. A pair of restaurants adherent to the initiative, providing dishes at the Marina of Vilamoura, respected chefs national exhibit of new proposals of cataplana, whose revenues are collected in a book launched at the festival.
