Algarve Zoomarine Theme Park

Zoomarine theme park is open from the 12th of April until 31st October 2022.

• Please enter ticket holder's name at the checkout (the electronic ticket will be issued with this name and the ticket owner must present a valid identification document with photograph upon entering the park); date of your visit and phone number including country code.
• Infants under 1,00 meter high have free entrance to the park when accompanied by an adult and do not need any kind of admission ticket to enter.
• This ticket entitles you to 1 or 2 day admission to Zoomarine theme park, unlimited use of all the activities, namely presentations, 4D Cinema, aquarium, exhibition centre, attractions and Zoomarine Beach.
  
• Access to the park on the 2nd day is done with a bracelet, that is personal and non-transmissable. If the bracelet is not presented or has in any way been tampered with access to the park will not be granted. To obtain your bracelet please visit the Dolphin Emotions office on the 1st day of your visit. After leaving the park, you cannot purchase the 2nd day ticket. 
• The ticket does not include Dolphin Emotions experiences, transportation services, restaurants & merchandising and other complementary services available inside the park.
• If you need Zoomarine tickets for today, please order by 10am. Tickets will be emailed to you within 2 hours (during working hours). For orders placed outside of working hours, you will receive them the following morning.
• ​When entering Zoomarine, you must show Photo ID  and a digital or printed copy of your electronic ticket.
• Please note that we can not offer a refund for these tickets.

Validity of the electronic ticket

All services mentioned on the electronic ticket are only valid for the date and time specifically stated on the electronic ticket.

Using the service. Entry to the park

To benefit from the services purchased, visitors must present the Zoomarine electronic ticket, either a digital or printed copy, on the day of the visit together with an identification document that has the holders name and photograph. If the ticket holder is not present or cannot prove his identity then none of the services can be used. Entrance to the Park should be done simultaneously by all of the people on the ticket. The electronic ticket must be kept until the end of your visit.

2nd Day Ticket

The 2nd day ticket is valid up to 10 days after the 1st visit.  Access to the park on the 2nd day is done with a bracelet, that is personal and non-transferrable. If the bracelet is not presented or has in any way been tampered with access to the park will not be granted.
To obtain your bracelet please visit the Dolphin Emotions office on the 1st day of your visit. After leaving the park, you cannot purchase the 2nd day ticket.

Infants (<1,00mt)

Children under 1,00 meter in height may enter the park free of charge when accompanied by an adult and do not need any kind of admission ticket to enter the park.

Hygiene and Safety

For safety reasons glass containers, especially bottles are forbidden. For hygiene and safety reasons animals are not allowed in the park. Use of shelters and playing football is not allowed.

Activities timetable

The use of the parks activities will depend on the schedules available on the day of your visit, some of the activities may be unavailable on the day due to weather conditions or technical problems. The Parks Administration reserve the right to change the times of the schedules and the attractions available on any particular day.

Presentations

The stadiums open 30min before each presentation. After reaching full capacity they will close and no more entries will be permitted for the presentation in session. For safety reasons it is not permitted to park strollers or KiddyCars at entrances' or access points.

Choice of Seats

In some presentations you will get wet if you sit in the seats nearest the stage.
In some entertainment and attractions will also get wet. Keep your most important objects safe.

Average length of the visit

To fully experience everything we have to offer we suggest you schedule a whole day for your visit to the park.

Appropriate clothing

Wear clothes that are suitable for the season and bring comfortable shoes. On warmer days we advise you to use sunscreen.

Swimming pools

Bring a swimsuit and towel so you can enjoy a swim in one of the pools. The use of a full swimming costume is mandatory for all visitors (including children and babies).

Food and beverage

At Zoomarine we have a wide selection of restaurants where you can choose a variety of different meals.

Free Parking 

Zoomarine has a wide free parking area.
We strongly advise you not to leave objects or valuable items in your vehicle and to make sure that all windows and doors are locked. 
Zoomarine cannot be held responsible for objects or valuable items left inside the vehicles.
For security reasons, it's not allowed to stay overnight or camping.
