Iberian Escapes is a bespoke travel and experience provider specialising in the beautiful Algarve region of Portugal.

For over two decades, we have been providing unforgettable tours, experiences, concierge services and event and wedding management that create emotions and make memories for our clients.

As part of this service, we provide exceptional property management for owners in the region.

With its crystalline beaches, charming villages such as Carvoeiro and Lagos and a benign southern Mediterranean climate, the Algarve region in Southern Portugal is one of Europe’s top tourist destinations. If you own a property here, or are thinking of buying a property, chances are you love the Algarve as much as we do.

Iberian Escapes has been welcoming visitors to Portugal since 2017. We are experts in the Algarve and will manage, promote and look after your Algarve rental property as if it were our own.

Most property management services charge a fixed fee for taking care of your rental property.

On top, you probably pay them a hefty fee for things like pool maintenance, gardening, fresh linen, cleaning and even changing a light bulb.

Not knowing the exact return you will see on your Algarve rental property after all these costs have been deducted makes planning and budgeting difficult. Double-checking that everything is correct in your monthly statement is time-consuming.

Iberian Escapes makes things easier for Algarve property owners by offering a commission-based fee for our rental management services based on a percentage of the bookings received through us.

No extra costs. No hidden fees or unpleasant surprises.

An all-inclusive rental property management fee includes cleaning, laundry and regular check-ups to make sure everything is in working order and just as your guests expect it to be. Repairs are not included, but rest assured we work with the best local professionals and tradesmen who charge honest, ‘local’ prices.

Already have a maintenance service for your property you are happy with or perhaps take care of it yourself?

No worries. You can also choose Iberian Escapes for your rental bookings only.

With thousands upon thousands of tourist rentals in the region, competition is fierce.

We make sure your property gets full exposure and optimal bookings by promoting it on over 50 leading booking portals including Booking, VRBO, Airbnb, Expedia, Google, Plum Guide, Villa Plus, TripAdvisor, Hometogo and TUI. (Property owners can of course choose which portals they do or do not want their property to appear on out of the ones we partner with.)

In addition, we highlight your Algarve tourist rental on our own website. We currently have the highest traffic of any other Algarve rental bookings website, and the number of visitors is doubling every year!

Clear Accounting & Monthly Statements

Whether you choose us for property management + bookings or bookings only, you will receive a monthly statement and payment of monies owed @ 30 days.

For example, for September bookings, we send your statement and balance of funds by end October.

While the digitization of tourist property management and bookings has opened up a much wider and fully international market, nothing beats local knowledge! Our expertise covers the entire Algarve region, from coastal hot spots such as Vilamoura, Albufeira, Faro, Olhao, to golfing destinations such as Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Portimão or small charming towns such as Tavira and Vila Real de Santo Antonio.

We are a small, multilingual team that knows the Algarve and its people inside out. We work with a wide network of local experts and professionals in the Algarve region and beyond who will take care of all maintenance and repair issues for a fair price.

We understand the quirks and need-to-knows of making an Algarve rental property successful, including licensing laws. Unlike most property rental agencies in the country, we are licensed and regulated by the Turismo de Portugal (Portuguese Tourist Association).

We have a lovely office on the marina at Vilamoura. We are always happy for people to pop by and have a chat about how we can manage your property, promote your property, or just say hi!
